Tranquility, 2023

The artist has created this beautiful piece of sustainable art to create a visual appearance of oceanic waves. This artwork, which creates the illusion of movement, features the ocean and the strong waves soaring high as if to reach the sky. The image reminds us of the power of nature and at the same time it shows the deeper aspects of the mind which can be calm beneath the turmoil, just like the tranquil depths of the ocean beneath the crashing waves.  The artwork is about the calmness within chaos. According to the artist, the calmness of the ocean and the turmoil that can arise from its depth should be a matter of concern to mankind. The reckless actions of humans can stir up violent responses from the mighty oceans which can be disastrous.
